Valerie is very easy to work with and understood my needs and expectations. This was the first time I have sold a house and was surprised at how much goes into selling a home. This was my childhood home and Valerie made it as seamless as possible.

When it came to marketing our house for sale, she put together a list of simple improvements that should be done to increase demand for the house. The open house was a Saturday, the Friday before 14 interested buyers toured the house. The day of the open house 13 potential buyers toured the house. We had an offer Saturday night above asking price, we took it. Completely satisfied with Valerie.

Valerie McBain was extremely personable and easy to communicate with, both in regards to what I was looking for in a house and any questions I had regarding the process of buying a house. As a first time home buyer, she also pointed out things in the houses we saw that I would not necessarily have thought to consider myself. Valerie even found and gave me a towel from her car to help with a small drip in the house I purchased (we already knew about drip but didn't see that it had gotten a little on the floor). Absolutely above and beyond!
